Policies of Sims-Lohman Cabinet Co.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
- At time of ordering cabinets (if total is over $500.00) you will need to sign a contract, and put 50% down (Cash, Credit Card(Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover), or a Check).
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the cabinets.
- If paid in full at time of order you will receive 2% off the total purchase price.
- There is a delivery fee of $50.00 for all orders.
RETURN
- All non-stock cabinets ordered are specially designed and custom built for the Purchaser and as such are not returnable. Any changes could result in additional cost to the Purchaser.
- Under certain circumstances a restocking fee could be negotiated.
WARRANTY
- The standard warranty shall apply to the service and equipment furnished (except where other warranties of purchased products apply.) The warranty is for one year parts and labor.
- Please contact a sales representative for exact warranties given by cabinet manufacturers that we carry.
DELIVERY
- The delivery date, when given, shall be deemed approximate and performance is subject to delays caused by strikes, fires, acts of God, or other reasons not under the control of the seller, as well as the availability of the product at the time of delivery.
- Deliveries will be made Monday thru Friday, and will be set up by the purchasers salesperson.
